pak444 Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak444 ("pak444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at the domain pak444.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the pak444 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sports-betting products, promotions, and all associated services.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through pak444, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

The Platform is intended for adults and access is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that, at all times during your use of the Platform, you satisfy each of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or corporation.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying this.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or close family member of pak444 or any of its associated entities or technology partners.
• You do not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not subject to a voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion from gambling services.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information required for registration or verification purposes.

You must provide your own personal details. Registering with false, incomplete, or another person's information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated Balance. pak444 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time during the Account lifecycle.

Account credentials — including your password and any security tokens — are your personal responsibility. You must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services.
• Notify the pak444 support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Ensure that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pak444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access was facilitated by the Player's failure to maintain reasonable account-security practices.

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, pak444 requires Players to submit satisfactory identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at deposit stage, at the Platform's discretion, or where transaction patterns require review.

Acceptable KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or government-issued national identity document bearing your full name, date of birth, and photograph. Documents must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address as registered on your Account.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account, mobile wallet) is registered in your name.

All documents must be submitted in a form acceptable to pak444 (e.g., clear photograph or scan). Verification is carried out by the Platform's compliance team. The outcome of verification checks is final at the Platform's discretion. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Players may fund their Accounts using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice and depends on operator integration, provider policies, and applicable regulations. pak444 makes no guarantee that any specific payment method will remain available at any given time.

Familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced in the cashier as contextual examples. These provider names are used for identification purposes only and do not imply that any such provider endorses, authorizes, supports, or is affiliated with gambling-related transactions or with pak444. Compliance with each provider's own terms and transaction policies is the Player's responsibility.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from accounts not registered to the Player — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time.
• pak444 does not charge deposit fees, but payment providers may apply their own transaction charges which are outside pak444's control.
• Deposit funds are credited to the Account Balance once confirmed by the payment provider.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money Account Balance subject to satisfying the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction (see Section 5).
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.
• There are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to the Account Balance (see Section 9 — Bonuses).
• The withdrawal method requested is registered in the Player's own name and is currently supported in the cashier.
• No account-level review, suspension, or security hold is active at the time of the request.

Withdrawal processing times vary based on the method selected, the Player's KYC status, operator review requirements, and the payment provider's own clearing processes. pak444 does not guarantee or commit to specific processing timeframes. Players should consult current cashier guidance for indicative processing information.

All bets placed and games played on the pak444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are published in the relevant game or sports-betting section of the Platform. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pak444 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where a clear technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• pak444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by obvious error, match irregularities, or circumstances that render a result invalid at the Platform's sporting-integrity discretion.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed in the relevant betting interface. Bets exceeding these limits may be reduced or rejected.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not the odds at the time of initiating the bet. Delays caused by network connectivity are the Player's responsibility.
• In the event of a platform technical failure that prevents the proper recording or settlement of a bet, pak444 will use available records to reconstruct the outcome of the bet as accurately as reasonably possible.

Game results for casino products (slots, live dealer, table games) are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by third-party game providers. pak444 does not control or adjust individual game outcomes.

pak444 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other incentive programs ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all Promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each Promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum stake limit applies per round or per bet while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in each Promotion's terms. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may have reduced or zero contribution.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the specific Promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one Promotion may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Abuse and Collusion: pak444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any Bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused promotional terms, engaged in collusion, or exploited bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement or a court-ordered gambling prohibition.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform mechanics.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to obscure the source of funds. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML monitoring.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, including through VPN, proxy, or any other means of concealing geographic location.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct intended to distort the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to extract proprietary technology, game logic, or platform source code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak444 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

pak444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Players to maintain control of their activity. The Platform provides the following responsible-gambling facilities:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders and maximum session durations to promote awareness of time spent gambling.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to suspend their Account may request a self-exclusion period through the support team. During self-exclusion, all account activity, bonus communications, and promotional messages are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications are available to remind Players of time elapsed and net activity during a session.

Gambling is intended as entertainment only and should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or address financial difficulties. pak444 may, at its discretion, implement additional restrictions on an Account where Platform activity indicates patterns associated with problem gambling. Such actions are taken in good faith and are not subject to challenge on the basis that they reduce entertainment value.

All content accessible through the pak444 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, interface design, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pak444 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. No broader rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pak444.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from the outcome of any bet, game, or sporting event.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pak444's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, game studios, or data partners that affect deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay experiences.
• Legal or financial consequences arising from the Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pak444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or comply with KYC or AML verification requirements.
• Engagement in, or reasonable suspicion of, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Ongoing legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement obligations that require Account restriction.
• At the Player's own written request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via an approved withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC completion and AML review. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak444 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as determined by the operator from time to time. pak444 does not assert that its operations are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim any form of authorization from Pakistani regulatory bodies.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pak444 regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Platform's transaction records shall constitute the primary evidence of the relevant events. Players may submit formal complaints to the support team. pak444 aims to acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Players may seek recourse through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's operating license jurisdiction.

pak444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made for reasons including, but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in Platform operations, product updates, or compliance requirements.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the revision notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support team.
